About

Jennifer Lee is Director, Organization Transformation at FMG Leading, a team of advisors that partners with visionary executives and investors on a mission to transform healthcare. She is an experienced human capital leader, with a passion for enabling organizations and leaders with the right capabilities and talent to help people live healthier lives. Jennifer’s clients regard her as a trusted partner dedicated to adding value through creative idea generation, collaborative problem solving, and enthusiasm to drive decisions.

Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience advising senior executives on organization and talent challenges for Fortune 500 healthcare, consumer, and media organizations. She is an expert in positioning organizations for growth and scale through vision/strategy setting, operating model & organization redesigns, and talent planning. Jennifer has led numerous teams that have designed and implemented complex enterprise-wide business transformations, including organizations such as CareFirst (a Blue Cross Blue Shield Company), InterContinental Hotels Group, the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences, and Google Cloud.

Prior to FMG Leading, Jennifer led Organizational Development for The Walt Disney Studios, a $2B business with 6,000 employees. In that role, she partnered with business leaders and HR partners to help define and clarify strategies, align organizational structures and processes to the business strategy, and help leaders transition through change. Earlier in her career, she served as a Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice, where she specialized in leading Healthcare and Consumer organizations through large-scale, complex transformations, with a specific focus on organization design, change management, and talent strategy. While at Deloitte, she also completed a fellowship with Deloitte’s selective Chief Executive program where she advised incoming C-suite executives (including Deloitte’s current CEO) and business unit presidents on defining and communicating their strategic priorities, assessing and developing a talent strategy, and understanding how to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.

Jennifer fulfills her personal passion for empowering others to reach their full potential by serving as an Independent Contractor for the non-profit organization, The Foundation for Teaching Economics. She designs and facilitates intensive leadership development programs for high-potential high school students from across the world. Her programs expose participants to a unique environment where individuals learn about their leadership style through experiential group challenges, which inspire students to create change in their schools and communities.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Mathematics from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in Strategy and Leadership & Ethics from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
