Nicole Haynes serves as a Senior Consultant at FMG Leading, an advisory firm that partners with visionary executives and investors on a mission to make healthcare work, better. She brings more than a decade of experience advising clients on matters including strategy, change management, team readiness, and culture assessment and enhancement.

Deploying her extensive consulting expertise as well as her well-honed skills as a social work practitioner, Nicole helps create high-performing workplaces where everyone can contribute and thrive. She is passionate about building capacity for greater consensus and creating spaces for empathy across functions and teams, bringing to her engagements both her professional and lived experiences.

Prior to FMG Leading, Nicole served as a consultant at Eagle Hill Consulting in Virginia and the advisory firm Strategy Matters in Massachusetts, where she partnered with clients on a range of initiatives including strategic planning, DEI, culture, strategy, and change management.
