Dr. Mark Korotinsky works with senior leaders to unlock their full potential and drive meaningful organizational change. His approach blends rigorous, evidence-based insights from Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology with a collaborative, human-centered mindset—ensuring that any solution or engagement is both scientifically sound and tailored to the organization’s unique culture. Drawing on years of experience as a Chief People Officer, consultant, and executive coach, Dr. Mark partners with leaders to co-create innovative strategies that cultivate high-performance cultures, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster sustainable growth.
Prior to FMG Leading, Dr. Mark served as a leadership and strategy coach at Copperbox, a Private-Equity focused consultancy. He also previously served as the Head of Talent for Quantis, a Boston Consulting Group company, and prior to that, as the Head of People at Pacific Aviation —where he oversaw all aspects of people and organizational development, guiding each organization through critical phases of critical growth. Dr. Mark has also led organizational development for the United States International Trade Administration (ITA), working directly with senior government leaders to optimize how they develop leaders, manage change, design teams, nurture culture, and foster engagement. Whether in service-based or product-focused organizations – spanning consulting, aviation, software, franchising, education and beyond – Dr. Mark has consistently guided leaders to elevate their capabilities, enhance business performance and improve the overall employee experience.
Dr. Mark earned his Ph.D. in Business Psychology (with a focus on I/O Psychology), as well as a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School. Beyond formal degrees, he holds extensive leadership credentials and certifications, including Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Strategic Management, and Science of Happiness.
