Margeaux Doremus leads Business and Market Intelligence for FMG Leading, a team of advisors and coaches on a mission to make healthcare work, better. She brings over a decade of experience in management consulting, particularly with teams that are rapidly growing or have reached an inflection point. Margeaux offers clients a unique perspective on the nuances of leadership communication during times of rapid growth and organizational change.
Prior to joining FMG Leading, Margeaux worked for tech startup Riot Games during their meteoric rise from nascent startup through their $400M valuation. Before that, she was a management consultant for General Dynamics and a Brand Manager for a consumer packaged goods company during a time of significant organizational change. She has also advised and provided consulting services to a number of startups and middle market companies on funding, due diligence, team alignment, scalability, productivity scaling, and effective project management. Margeaux’s previous clients include Taradel, Stone Blade Entertainment, LightSpeed Innovations (now Syndicate 708), and Studio71.
In addition to her role at FMG Leading, Margeaux is founder and CEO of Quest Complete Consulting, an advisory firm that helps companies prepare for funding and strengthen brands, customer engagement and team alignment by embracing values driven marketing and intentional communication.
Margeaux is a member of the Los Angeles chapter of The Association for Talent Development, where she serves on the Board of Directors as Director of Marketing. Margeaux also volunteers with Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Alumni Network, where she helps organize the annual Nonprofit Board Member Mixer, mentors students in the MBA program, and helps organize the biannual Wharton Aerospace Ventures conference.
Margeaux earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and completed the Advanced Finance Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She often guest lectures at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School on a variety of management topics including consulting, managing teams, and personal branding.
