Frank Lynch helps organizations create breakthrough improvements by accelerating leadership development and building operational excellence. With extensive experience in Asia and Europe, he brings a global perspective to every engagement.
Frank has worked across a range of industries, including Healthcare, Biotech, and Pharmaceuticals. In recent HR leadership roles with Illumina and Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, Frank led enterprise-wide talent management and leadership development programs to strengthen leadership capability, foster alignment, and drive measurable improvements in engagement and performance. He also supported the integration of acquired companies, migrating them quickly to standardized performance management and other corporate processes.
As a consultant, Frank supported many Fortune 500 clients, including Pacificare (now United Healthcare) and Pfizer. His services have included pre-employment assessment and onboarding for executive roles, leadership coaching, executive team development, process optimization and leadership training. Using advanced personality and intelligence assessments, 360 feedback and structured interviews, Frank worked with leaders to build capabilities that achieve strategic objectives.
Early in his career, Frank contributed to the successful integration of Hybritech into Eli Lily, driving training on Lily’s continuous process improvement methodology. At Sharp Healthcare, he led the implementation of continuous quality improvement teams, and trained physicians and managers in leadership skills. At United Airlines, Frank designed and implemented global leadership training for over 10,000 managers, supporting a transformation that led to significant profitability gains.
Frank earned a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Duke University.
