About

Florencia Strong brings nearly two decades of experience in administrative support, office management, and customer service to her role at FMG Leading.

Prior to joining the firm, Florencia served as Executive Assistant at United Development Group Inc. where she supported the owner and team of Vice Presidents. Before United Development, she served for four years at the San Diego Rescue Mission as a Personal Assistant where she oversaw daily logistics and planning for the company’s executives. In addition to these roles, Florencia has previously served in various capacities as Office Manager, Assistant Registrar and Unit Clerk at businesses throughout Southern California. In addition to her extensive background in administrative support and customer service, Florencia is fluent in Spanish.

In her current role as Executive Assistant at FMG Leading, Florencia provides administrative support to the General Manager as well as the Founder and Chairman.

Florencia earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Kaplan University, Chicago.

Personal
Florencia lives with her husband in San Diego. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends (including her five children and three grandchildren who live nearby), traveling, and anything involving the beach, sand, and water. Florencia also dedicates her time to mentoring and training women who are experiencing or have previously experienced domestic violence.
