Prior to joining FMG Leading, Dovie was a founding leader at Arion Blue, where she built back-office infrastructure from the ground up—including marketing, IT, HR, and administration—enabling rapid scaling from Day 1 through successful launch and pandemic navigation. She also led organizational effectiveness at Wood Group, a 38,000-person global energy company, where she built and scaled the organizational change management function, ultimately leading operations across the western hemisphere and demonstrating her ability to drive transformation across international markets.

Dovie has developed a unique global perspective from years lived abroad in France and England, as well as her extensive international work in Canada, Norway and Malaysia.

In addition to her work with FMG Leading, Dovie is a guest lecturer at the University of Houston. She has non-profit board experience, and is also affiliated with 50/50 Women on Boards, the leading global education and advocacy campaign driving the movement toward gender balance and diversity on corporate boards.

Dovie also enjoys participating in FMG Leading’s philanthropic in-kind giving through FMG Gives. Through FMG Gives, Dovie has provided consulting and advisory services to Heroes and Horses and One World Surgery.
