About
Ciara Henschke is a relationship-focused, globally minded, and fervent in her commitment to leader development, culture, and organizational design. Throughout her career, Ciara has intentionally created inclusive spaces that celebrate humanity and empower excellence.
Ciara supports the delivery of FMG Leading’s consulting services, providing support in both project coordination and client delivery. She is also actively involved in leading components of internal talent strategy work.
Prior to FMG Leading, Ciara served as an ESL educator in Tours and Toulouse, France where she navigated unique cultural barriers and universal facilitation challenges to cultivate a healthy classroom culture. Additionally, Ciara has had diverse experiences in law, real estate, and financial services, where she was drawn repeatedly to the synthesis of human potential and intentional strategy.
Ciara earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and French & Francophone Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Penn State University. She obtained an honors distinction from the Schreyer Honors College following the publication of her senior thesis on the analysis of gender in French literature. Ciara has also completed study abroad programs in Quebec and Montreal, Canada and Paris, France.
