Briana Rose is a Senior Client Engagement Director at FMG Leading, a team of advisors that partners with visionary leaders on a mission to make healthcare work better. A proven customer success leader, Briana leverages nearly 20 years of experience building elite teams to cultivate client engagement and drive value in the healthcare system.

Before joining FMG Leading, Briana served as Head of Customer Strategy & Operations, Government Solutions at Elliptic, where she led the strategy and operations teams in focusing on positioning blockchain and compliance services for public sector customers as they navigated the complex challenges in the compliance and regulatory space.

Briana also served as Director of Customer Success at Decision Lens, where she guided federal clients, including the Department of Defense and civilian agencies, in modernizing their strategic initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Briana served as Associate Manager at Accenture, where she specialized in planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) for the DOD and the intelligence community. She has also held various consulting, advisory, and analyst positions with agencies serving the Army, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and a range of other government branches and departments.

Through her diverse experiences, Briana consistently creates value for her clients, managing complex programs, adapting swiftly to changing environments, and ensuring successful engagement throughout project lifecycles.
