Dr. Matt Brubaker to lead the firm into the future as CEO; FMG Leading founder Dr. Foster Mobley transitions into Chairman role.
San Diego, CA – January 5, 2016 – FMG Leading, a business advisory firm that helps executive leaders maximize the performance of their human capital, today announced that Dr. Matt Brubaker will lead the firm into the future as its new Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Foster Mobley, FMG Leading’s founder and CEO of 31 years, will continue to serve in his role as Board Chairman.
Dr. Brubaker joined FMG Leading in 2007 as Managing Principal, and in subsequent years expanded his responsibilities into oversight of all client engagements. As part of this planned leadership transition, Dr. Brubaker was named President and Chief Operating Officer in July, 2014, and in that role, led the transformation of the firm’s business operations and talent strategies. As CEO, Dr. Brubaker will be responsible for bringing FMG Leading’s market strategy into the future.
