Briana Rose brings disciplined client operations leadership to FMG Leading, helping ensure client partnerships are managed effectively and solutions are delivered with the quality, coordination, and follow-through required to create value. As Senior Director, Client Operations, she supports the systems, teams, and engagement practices that help FMG Leading translate insight into action for healthcare executives, leadership teams, and investors.

Briana has built and led high-performing customer strategy and success teams across complex public sector, compliance, technology, and advisory environments. Before joining FMG Leading, she served as Head of Customer Strategy & Operations, Government Solutions at Elliptic, where she led teams focused on positioning blockchain and compliance services for public sector customers navigating regulatory complexity.

Previously, Briana was Director of Customer Success at Decision Lens, where she supported federal clients in modernizing strategic initiatives. Earlier, she served as an Associate Manager at Accenture, specializing in planning, programming, budgeting, and execution for defense and intelligence contexts. She has also held consulting, advisory, and analyst roles supporting public sector organizations across a range of government branches and departments.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Briana volunteers with Girls on the Run, an organization that inspires girls to build confidence and other important life skills through dynamic, interactive lessons and physical activity.

Briana earned a BA in International Affairs from James Madison University.

Raised in an Army family, Briana has lived around the world, and now calls Kensington, Maryland home. She lives with her two children and their rescue dog, Stitch. When not working, Briana enjoys both doing and talking extensively about CrossFit.
