Linda Miklas is a skilled coach and consultant with over 30 years of broad organizational experience. She specializes in executive coaching, senior leader development, and team performance.
Linda is an insightful guide, and an incisive, straight-forward communicator who fosters forward motion through reflective dialog, frameworks, and models. She has extensive experience conducting customized qualitative leadership assessment that inform thoughtful reflection and intentional action toward meaningful results. Her areas of emphasis include executive and leadership development, leading change, project and program management, and communicating for connection and impact.
Linda has held key leadership roles in a range of industries including higher education, banking, aviation, and records and information management; each with a consistent attraction – the opportunity to build a new function or service.
In addition to her work with FMG Leading, Linda is founder and principal of Radiant Coaching and Consulting, where she works with leaders in higher education, research, and healthcare – academic and administrative leaders, as well as physician leaders and science professionals – who are navigating the challenges and complexity associated with innovation and change. Linda is also co-creator and co-host of the Forever Changed podcast.
Linda works with global leaders participating in Executive Education programs offered by Harvard Business School, where she regularly contributes as a coach and facilitator. Linda has served as adjunct faculty at the Harvard Extension School, teaching Organization Behavior in the graduate-level management degree program.
Linda holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations & Organizational Behavior from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in English- Communications from Fort Lewis College. She earned a Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, is a fellow with the Institute of Coaching, and holds the Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coach Federation.
