Lendaly Luna strengthens the people operations infrastructure that helps FMG Leading grow with consistency, care, and discipline. As People Operations Manager, she supports the systems, policies, and teammate experience that allow the firm’s expanding team to operate effectively at scale.
Lendaly brings deep human resources and payroll experience across employee relations and engagement, HR compliance, performance management, policy and handbook development, compensation planning, and benefits administration. Her work helps ensure FMG’s people practices keep pace with the firm’s growth while supporting the clarity, reliability, and responsiveness teammates need to do high-quality work for clients.
Before joining FMG Leading, Lendaly held progressive roles at Best Buy, advancing through the retail side of the business before supporting Geek Squad as a Field Services HR Specialist. In that role, she supported field and corporate team members across key markets in four Southeastern states and helped manage health and safety programs, annual open enrollment, leaves of absence, FMLA, 401(k), and benefits enrollment.
Lendaly brings a passion for cultural and societal diversity, and is an active volunteer in her community. She is an active member of VOTO Latino, a grassroots political organization focused on educating and empowering a new generation of Latinx voters, and creating a more robust and inclusive democracy.
Lendaly is also an active member of Fair Fight and GALEO, national organizations rooted in Georgia. Fair Fight encourages voter participation in elections and educates voters about elections and their voting rights. GALEO’s mission is to increase civic engagement and leadership of the Latino/Hispanic community across Georgia; the organization strives to ensure the Latino community is engaged civically and its contributions and concerns are recognized.
Lendaly earned a Medical Assistant Certification from Concorde Institute.
