As a Senior Consultant, she brings disciplined thinking, steady facilitation, and strong engagement leadership to work that helps leaders translate strategy into clear priorities, shared commitments, and coordinated action.

Ciara’s work spans strategic leader development design and delivery, team effectiveness, culture, organizational design, and facilitation. She partners with leaders and teams navigating growth, change, and complex operating environments, with particular relevance across healthcare, private equity-backed organizations, veterinary services, distributed healthcare models, and mission-driven organizations. Clients and leaders trust her to create the conditions for candid dialogue, stronger alignment, and practical movement on the priorities that matter most to enterprise performance.

Before joining FMG Leading, Ciara served as an ESL educator in France, where she developed a strong appreciation for cultural complexity and inclusive learning environments. She also brings experience from law, real estate, and financial services, with a consistent focus on the intersection of human potential, intentional strategy, and organizational performance.
