About

Peggy Boyer, Ph.D. brings a mix of endless energy and robust curiosity that fuels her work in executive, team, and organizational assessment, executive coaching, strategic talent management, CEO succession, and board advisory. She possesses a remarkable ability to make data-based recommendations in a digestible, but direct way – clients credit her honest feedback as the key to helping them solve many of their most challenging “people problems.”

With broad and deep consulting experience, Peggy specializes in financial services, energy and utilities, technology, and healthcare. She has led initiatives in organizational restructuring and post M&A integration, uncovering millions of dollars in savings for one client and a significant revenue generation opportunity for another in the hospitality industry. She brings valuable insights around talent alignment, organization systems and processes, and team dynamics. Her work as an executive assessor has helped many organizations thoroughly plan for CEO succession, ensuring the right talent is in the right roles at the right time, and helping them avoid costly hiring mistakes.

Peggy is also a passionate executive coach. She draws from comprehensive experience coaching C-suite leaders to reach heights they did not think possible. Her knack for quickly getting to the heart of an issue through pattern identification allows her to guide executives in a way that propels the desired change.

Peggy earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She holds master’s degrees in I/O and Clinical Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and Benedictine University, where she also completed her bachelor’s degree.

Originally from Canada, Peggy now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with her two dogs. When she is not pursuing her passion for travel, she can be found serving as a board member for a local Boys & Girls Club, fostering rescued dogs, cooking for her friends, or watching her favorite hockey team, the Ottawa Senators.
