Meredith Groves is an experienced analytics and operations leader who specializing in helping leaders and organizations identify areas for growth. She builds strong relationships with her persistent and positive attitude, and her organizational skills and eye for detail allow her to effectively collaborate with clients in fast paced, rapidly changing environments.
Prior to FMG Leading, Meredith served as a Sr. Project Manager at Brooks Sports and Vail Resorts, where she focused on IT and Customer Operations to bring new technology and processes to the teams, improving efficiency and communication. Meredith also worked as a Sales Administrator/Executive Assistant at Somalogic and Spyder Active Sports and as a Program Manager at Amazon.
Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Marketing from the University of Oregon.
