Victoria Reichenberg is an executive coach and consultant who helps organizations and their senior teams achieve lasting impact through leadership. With 25 years of operations and business expertise, Victoria brings an evidence-based approach that blends real-world leadership experience with the latest in behavioral science to help leaders and teams maximize performance.

Victoria coaches executives to lead with clarity and confidence. Clients describe her as a calm force in demanding environments, with a style that is direct and deeply human. She draws on her lived experience as a leader within complex systems to help clients center their thinking, elevate their leadership, and move ahead with conviction. She has a keen understanding of how power operates within organizations, using this expertise to help clients hone their influence-building skills and articulate their unique leadership brand.

Victoria’s experience leading teams at Visa, Cisco, and Kaiser Permanente informs her coaching with a practical understanding of how to build alignment under pressure and make the right moves in high-stakes moments. Her approach blends practical strategy with deep listening and is grounded in behavioral insight, organizational dynamics, and neuroscience.

Prior to joining FMG Leading, Victoria led a broad team at Kaiser Permanente focused on helping senior executives implement major culture changes during the adoption of the Affordable Care Act. She has since worked with senior leaders across prominent institutions such as LinkedIn, Optum, Gilead, Mozilla, and USC Keck School of Medicine, as well as emerging PE- and venture-backed startups like Calico Labs, Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, and Osanni Bio. This range allows her to advise clients navigating the demands of established systems as well as the fast-moving challenges of high-growth environments.

Victoria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. She trained at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) in coaching, and is a board-certified PCC coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Victoria holds numerous professional certifications including Leadership Circle Profile, Enneagram iEQ9, Immunity to Change, ORSC Team Coaching, and Positive Intelligence. She is a graduate of the Applied Neuroscience program at the Brain First Institute and the Applied Compassion program at Stanford University.

Personal
When not helping teams and organizations, Victoria enjoys traveling and being outdoors. She lives in Oakland with her wonderful family including her husband, two children, their rescue dog, and two very lazy cats.
